We do not publish our menu because menu items and prices change weekly.


On Saturdays you can expect to see Texas BBQ favorites such as brisket, beef ribs and sausages in addition to Carolina BBQ favorites like pit cooked over coals pulled pork, chopped pork, pork ribs, and Lexington Hash.  Plus we serve several hot and cold scratch made sides.


On Sundays we DO NOT have the same Saturday bbq menu.  On Sundays serve up our house made 100% beef brisket hot dogs (chili and slaw dogs) with our brisket chili and slaw.  We also serve a host of Texas comfort items such as Frito Pies and giant stuffed potatoes plus our scratch made sides along with a couple rotating smoked items like pork steaks, half-chickens and wings.

We don't have an unlimited amount of food any given service.  Some days are busy, and some days are busier.  We occasionally sell out of some menu items.
