Our menus change a little from week to week. Friday evenings we send an email out to our Subscribers (free, link below) with the tentative menus for the weekend.
We do a market style service slicing and weighing meats to order. All menu items are sold a la carte.
If there is a line, your wait will be about 2-3 minutes per person ahead of you.
WE DO NOT HAVE AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF FOOD AND WE OCCASIONALLY RUN OUT OF SOME MENU ITEMS BEFORE WE CLOSE (while you are waiting in line).

-House Made 100% Beef (Brisket) Hot Dogs (Slaw Dogs, Chili Dogs, etc.)
-Weekly Special (Whole Hog Once A month, Pork Steaks, etc.)
-Chopped Brisket
-Pork Ribs (Texas Style, sweet)
-Texas Stuffed Potatoes
-Scratch Made Sides (Mac, Collards, Beans, Hash & Rice, Brisket Chili, Slaw, Etc.)
-Dessert (Fresh Cobbler and/or Cake or etc.)
Planning a larger order? We’re happy to help.
Orders over $250 can be arranged in advance for pickup or delivery (delivery available for an additional fee). These orders typically include larger quantities such as bulk proteins and sides (quarts and half-pans), making them perfect for gatherings, events, or office meals.
Please note that we are only able to accommodate a limited number of catering orders each week. Availability is first come, first served, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible—at least one week in advance is preferred.
